BUGS TO BE FIXED BEFORE THE MON, NOV 21 OPEN SOURCE RELEASE:
  1. FIXED: no tag-cloud display for users
  2. FIXED: date display is broken, inconsistent, lame
  3. FIXED: tagging groups of links doesn't work if the link is already in that tag
  4. FIXED: adding new tags doesn't work from the "re-tag existing link" screen
  5. FIXED: getIdForFolder() doesn't correctly find all variants of a tag name when searching
  6. FIXED: putting existing tag names into the "new tag" field on new or existing links doesn't do the right thing
